Meet Rachel
As a licensed mental health therapist, I work with clients on different acute mental health issues including anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts (OCD), depression, mood disorders, and balancing different demands in their life. Often clients come to me as they are approaching or moving through a transition: leaving college and entering "adulthood", taking the next step in their relationship, or growing their families. My approach is holistic because my belief is that by examining all of the different areas and relationships in your life, we can identify changes that will improve your overall well-being.
My passion for mental health and wellness has only grown in my decade of work as a therapist and I believe this comes through in my relationship with my clients. I tailor my approach to each client while using my arsenal of tips and skills to help you make lasting changes. My approach is modern and I interject as needed if I think it might be helpful. Happy to discuss this more in our initial session.
